The land of my grandfather,
The great land of my father,
And it’s the very land of my mother.

With inhabitants full of generosity,
But with leaders full of curiosity.

The motherland of the American president,
And the Oscars award winner what a coincident,
The truth is that they are both proud residents.

The attraction of tourists,
With streets crowded by motorists,
The domicile to award winning journalists.
Kenya oh Kenya,
The market to flavored soft drink, Fanta,
Not forgetting the controversial pastor,
And the ever blood thirsty bounty hunter.
Kenya oh Kenya,
The heartbeat of Africa,
Perfect destination of goods from America,
And traders from everywhere including Antarctica.
Kenya oh Kenya,
The country of unmatchable democracy,
Within every institution the talk is bureaucracy,
But our
leaders are driving us to aristocracy.
